Since Vault is free to all EDU customers (even universities), I see no reason NOT to use it. That being said, if you receive any form of state or federal funding, your situation may be different. Charter schools do receive federal funding therefore they have a different set of regulations. Regardless of your FOIA status there are many other reasons to have an archiving solution in place. <br /><br />Keep in mind that I am not a lawyer or legal expert! Make sure you check with your legal counsel to ensure that you are in compliance with the rules and regulations that apply to your school. John R.
